The trail is approximately a 10-minute walk with a gentle elevation change, making it a comfortable option for clients who want dramatic Sedona views without a challenging climb. Once we arrive, the landscape opens up beautifully in every direction.

From this vantage point, you’re surrounded by some of Sedona’s most recognizable landmarks — sweeping views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte directly across the valley, with the ability to pivot toward the airport mesa and even glimpse the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross in the distance. The variety of backdrops allows us to create a diverse gallery of images without moving far, simply working the angles, light, and composition.

This location is ideal for golden hour flying dress sessions. The open space, clean sightlines, and expansive sky give the dress room to move, while the red-rock formations provide a cinematic sense of scale. We work slowly and intentionally here — guiding posing, coaching expressions, and using an assistant to create elegant movement in the dress — all while keeping the experience relaxed and stress-free.
